SENIOR DIGITAL CREATIVE / CREATIVE DIRECTOR ? (DIGITAL AGENCY) ? LONDON (REF:RH00416A, Closing Date: 25/11/2012)

We are seeking a Senior Digital Creative / Digital Designer to join an exciting agency that work for clients extensively within the creative arts sectors. Heading up all creative output you will brainstorm and drive digital concepts, delivering first class digital designs for high profile / high traffic online campaigns. Read on?

Working with many exciting arts organisations including Borough Market and the London Symphony Orchestra (as well as a host of other vibrant brands) our client, since 2001, has created brilliant, ambitious and innovative websites, mobile apps, email marketing and cloud services for organisations that you can really care about.

Joining as a conceptually minded Senior Digital Designer / Creative Director you will lead the visual and user experience output of the agency. Collaborating with User Experience experts, Project Managers, Techies and other Designers you will be at the heart of the creative process, and, in a unique position to implement your design style across all projects within the agency.

To qualify? You should be a highly creative Digital Designer / Creative Director or similar who can show:

? An exceptional online portfolio.
? A passion for digital.
? Core skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
? Experience in conceptual web design, scoping websites in a commercial environment from a brief.
? Strong appreciation of UX design including skills in prototyping/wireframing.
? An excellent knowledge of web accessibility and usability principles.
? An understanding of designing for mobile devices and desktops.
? Team leadership skills.
? The ability to evolve ideas ? from creative and backend developers alike.
